Nice location, and a big room. The staff at the reception was super friendly and professional, they addressed even the smallest request immediately. Big and comfortable shower. Tasty and reach breakfast.

The location was great, very close to the train station, the old town, and lots of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The blackout shades were great. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The hotel had umbrellas we could borrow for the rain and they had bottled water available whenever we needed it.

Location and size of room were ok..the problem was the a/c, we stayed 6 nights in the hotel with a fan they provided me. Air condition did not work properly during our 6 nights in the hotel. We reported the malfunction of the air condition but the electrician and general.manager informed us that the air condition was working. This was not true.

Hotel Savoy was very welcoming. Unfortunately we only stayed one night as we were in transit but the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very pleasant and it was very well situated for the railway station.

Location is excellent. Staff is always nice, polite and helpful. Room is decent enough. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4, they gave us the connecting rooms which is very convenient. The young lady at Front Desk gave us a dinner discount voucher from a nearby restaurant when I asked for restaurants’ reference which turned out quite nice. Thank you.

The location is excellent. It is just 2-3 minutes walk from the main station but it is not noisy. It is also in the town itself, with nice shopping & within walking distance to most of the attractions & old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Specisl mention of the excellent service by the front desk staff, Charles . He is very patient and warm when he receives us and help us with the check in. He has also kindly upgraded us to a bigger room when he knows we are coming back to stay after 2 nights of stay at Zermatt. He really makes us feel very welcomed! Thanks heaps!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of Bern Banhof and many shops surrounding. The room is nice and clean. The space is enough for 2 persons.

Most comfy beds we’ve slept in since being in Europe. Best sleep in a week! Front desk staff is very kind & helpful. Everything seems new.. Loved having the coffee/tea and water in the room.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were lovely and there at all times to help/answer queries. The hotel room was well thought out, very comfortable and spacious. The shower was great and will definitely miss it! The location was fantastic for using Bern as a base and travelling around the area and also great for walking around old town and enjoying the numerous restaurants.

The room had everything you would expect in a fine hotel and incredibly clean. Actually felt the hotel interior was recently renovated. I did mention this to the management and I was told the renovation was 7 years ago. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. Great location for a 2 day walking tour of a very fine city.
